Food
The summer menu is launched and includes wonderfully seasonal pears which shares the plate with Roquefort cheese, walnut and chicory salad and is garnished in maple syrup.
Other great food news is early lamb has made its way on to the menu, and can be found in the form of an amazing cassoulet with smoked pancetta, garlic sausage and haricot beans.
Sands Hotel Closing
Recent news sees the Sands Hotel in Margate closing after having been bought by a reputable leisure company in London.
The last day of opening is April 17th 2022 at which point it will close for a major refurbishment we understand.
We understand all staff have been made redundant and that all reservations are being cancelled.
Albion House will gladly assist those who are looking to keep their date by the sea and hope we can offer the relaxing experience people are looking for in this gorgeous corner of Kent.
