At The Dining Rooms at Albion House, our food philosophy is to buy the best you can find locally and prepare dishes in a simple and uncomplicated way.

Our fish comes from Fruits De Mer in Broadstairs, very often it is landed in the harbour in front of the hotel! 

Our meat comes from Chef & Butcher in Broadstairs, our bread from Viking Bakehouse in Ramsgate, and our vegetables are hand-selected from growers throughout Kent.
